Acceptance of Terms & Account Responsibilities
By registering an account, purchasing any service, or accessing the RedX Cloud portal (https://redxcloud.in) and our automated Pterodactyl management panels, you certify that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and possess full authority to agree to these terms.
You are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, panel access passwords, two-factor authentication tokens, and API credentials. Any activity conducted under your authenticated account is strictly your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized breach or account compromise, notify RedX Cloud security immediately via our support ticket system.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime Commitment
RedX Cloud guarantees a 99.9% network and compute node availability for all active production server plans during each monthly billing cycle. Hardware nodes are actively monitored 24/7/365 with automated failover and telemetry diagnostics.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Routine kernel patches, firmware upgrades, and security revisions are scheduled during low-traffic windows. Clients are notified at least 24 hours in advance via system announcements and Discord notifications.
- SLA Exclusions: Uptime guarantees do not cover server process crashes caused by corrupt Minecraft mods, misconfigured plugins, third-party upstream carrier outages, client-side DNS misconfigurations, or force majeure events.
- SLA Compensation: If verified node downtime exceeds 0.1% over a 30-day period (excluding planned maintenance), affected clients are eligible for prorated service credit extensions upon submitting an SLA claim ticket.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) — Zero Tolerance
RedX Cloud maintains a zero-tolerance policy against activities that jeopardize infrastructure stability, network integrity, or violate applicable national and international cyber regulations. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in instant server termination without refund and permanent account suspension:
Resource Allocations & Multi-Tenant Fair Use
Each server instance is provisioned with dedicated or prioritized CPU threads, RAM allocations, NVMe storage quotas, and network ports matching the ordered plan. Multi-tenant node health is preserved by continuous kernel-level cgroups throttling.
Intentional attempts to bypass cgroups isolation, execute memory balloon exploits, exhaust disk I/O channels to the detriment of co-hosted containers, or run unauthorized background daemons outside of your designated Pterodactyl container will prompt automated process termination and warnings.
Billing Cycles, Invoicing, Renewals & Suspensions
- Prepaid Model: All hosting services operate on a strictly prepaid basis. Renewal invoices are generated 7 days prior to service expiration.
- Grace Period: Services that remain unpaid past their due date will enter automated suspension 48 hours after expiration. Server files remain intact during this period.
- Termination & Data Deletion: If an overdue invoice is not settled within 7 days following suspension, the associated container, allocations, and stored disk data are automatically unprovisioned and securely erased. RedX Cloud is not liable for data unrecoverable following termination.
- Price Adjustments: RedX Cloud reserves the right to modify service fees with at least 14 days prior notice. Existing active cycles remain unaffected until renewal.
72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
We stand firmly behind the performance and stability of our hosting platform. All first-time purchases are protected by our 72-Hour Money-Back Guarantee. If you encounter unresolved performance deficiencies or determine the server does not meet your specifications, you may request a 100% full refund within 72 hours of activation.
Detailed conditions, eligibility guidelines, non-refundable addon categories, and processing timelines are governed by our standalone policy.
Data Backups & Customer Responsibility
While RedX Cloud takes continuous platform-level snapshots for disaster recovery, clients are solely responsible for creating and maintaining external offsite backups of their game worlds, player datasets, database configurations, and custom mods.
We provide built-in Pterodactyl backup tools and SFTP synchronization to facilitate client backup storage. RedX Cloud cannot be held financially or legally responsible for data loss caused by operator error, mod corruptions, or hardware failures outside disaster recovery scopes.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedX Cloud, its founders, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, or player base loss arising from service usage or unavailability.
The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedX Cloud and its personnel against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the client’s use of the services or violation of these terms.
Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising under these terms shall be subject to amicable mutual arbitration via executive ticket escalation before any formal judicial proceedings.
